Newer versions of Windows 7 come with Windows Essentials,previously called Windows Live Essentials.
Both include the Windows Live Mail program.  Windows Essentials 2013 can be downloaded free from Microsoft.

Prerequisites to take this course:

Windows Live Mail  program on your computer

Basic computing skills.

Keeping a list of contacts  (email addresses) Adding, editing and deleting.

Copying & printing  your contacts list

Sending emails to a contact  and to a group of contacts

Forwarding an email, saving an email, deleting unwanted emails

Sending an attachment.   Opening an attachment
