SeniorNet Nelson's Open Day was held on Saturday 12th February 2011

It was a pleasure to welcome so many visitors.   More than 60 information packs were handed out and many visitors spent time finding out about the kind of classes we run and what skills can be learned here.  We had enquires from very experienced computer users, both Windows and Mac users, and from absolutely new users.  Our courses cater for all levels and so we have enrolled 42 new members on the day and other applications are still being received as a result of the Open Day.  We now have over 550 members.
