Assistant Tutor/Volunteer Convenor: Role

 

 


What does the Assistant Tutor/Volunteer Convenor do?

  • Assists Tutor/Volunteer Convenor in recruiting, training and liaising with all volunteers
  • Provides training to newer tutors/volunteers and tries to have them placed on a course for familiarisation
  • Ensures that all tutors have the current Tutor Handbook and that they are prepared to carry out the procedures outlined within it
  • Finds a replacement for a Volunteer who is going to be away.
