Mac Computer Starter

Overview

This is a basic starter course for Apple Mac Desktop or Laptop computers.

Prerequisites

  • There are no prerequisites for this course.
  • Please bring your own Mac Laptop if you have one.

Objectives

The following topics will be covered:

  • OS X -  The Mac Operating system
  • Personalising your settings
  • Using the internet via Safari
  • Searching the internet for information using the Google search engine
  • Highlighting, Drop Down Boxes and editing on your keyboard
  • Understand how to close, minimise and zoom windows, and quit/close apps.
