This section provides the latest updates, information and advice on COVID-19.

This is a Ministry of Health app that allows you to create a digital diary of places you visit by scanning the official QR codes. This will help contact tracers to quickly identify and isolate anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 if there is a further outbreak in New Zealand.

It is completely normal that during this time you, and others around you, do not feel all right all the time – it is understandable that you may feel sad, distressed, worried, confused, anxious or angry during this crisis. Everyone reacts differently to difficult events, and some may find this time more challenging than others. This link connects you with tools that are available in New Zealand to support your own and others’ mental wellbeing and suggests places where you can get help when you need it.
